Low and medium-pressure boiler tubes are used for manufacturing a variety of low and medium-pressure boilers, overheat steam tubes, boiling water tubes, water wall tubes, etc. They are applicable to environments where the temperature is lower than 450℃. Their working pressure is usually no greater than 5.88Mpa. Such tubes are made of carbon steel pipes through hot rolling or cold drawing.
High-pressure boiler tubes are mainly used for manufacturing high-pressure and ultrahigh-pressure superheater tubes, reheater tubes, airway tubes, main steam pipes, etc. Their working temperature is between 450~650℃, and their working pressure is no lower than 9.8Mpa.
Purpose: high-temperature environment.
